Includes two scrapbooks kept by F.W. Cannon during his student years at Clemson University from 1928-1932. Although many entries are related to life at Clemson especially athletics, one scrapbook contains photographs from ROTC Camp as well as photographs, postcards, a diary and other memorabilia from a trip to the West. Two folders include items which were loose in the scrapbooks as well as photocopies of some newspaper articles and of his trip diary. One folder contains a photograph of Mr. Cannon in 1985. An oversize folder contains a 1901 B.S. diploma from the Clemson Agricultural College and a diploma from the Palmetto Literary Society of Clemson Agricultural College dated June 21, 1901. Both diplomas belonged to Harry Lee (H.L.) Cannon.
Fletcher Wayne Cannon was a student at Clemson from 1927-1932. In 1931 he received a B.S. in Agronomy and in 1932 he received a B.S. in Agricultural Education.
