This series of records consists of minutes, memoranda, publications, and correspondence. The bulk of records, which is correspondence of department heads C. C. Davis, James R. Davis, and Jerry Trapnell, spans the years 1976-1980.

Documented in the records are curriculum changes and activities of committees and faculty. Of particular note is the establishment of the degree program in Professional Accountancy in 1982.
