Scope and Content Note The records are divided into two subseries: the Correspondence series and the Bills, Audits, Reports and Miscellaneous series. The Correspondence subseries (Subseries A; 1.625 cu. ft.) is arranged alphabetically within each year and chronologically within each letter of the alphabet.
